I'm having issues with my housekeeper getting the well known "processes more than 75% busy" alerts. I should probably start looking at migrating my MySQL into partitions with the amount of data Zabbix is injesting but I'm hoping to spend some time tweaking Housekeeper first to see if that helps. Unfortunately, a LOT of the information I'm finding is pretty old. I'm on Zabbix 5.0.2 and some of the suggestions that are top hits on a popular search engine I know for certain are no longer applicable fixes for newer Zabbix releases.
So I'm hoping to start a new thread that Zabbix 5.x installations might be able to use. What are some of the first things to start looking at and tweaking for better housekeeper optimizations?

Here is a manual run so that I could ensure plenty of pretty graphs.
I've posted an image of the Zabbix server's utilization of housekeeper internal processes and the graph dump of the sql server which has the MySQL Zabbix template. The last time I had a housekeeper issue, it ended up clearly being a SQL issue, but this time theres no immediate red flags for me there.
Any suggestions on how admins tune HouseKeeper for Zabbix 5.x?
