Long queries slowing down Zabbix UI

[Singularity]

Problem:
For some reason users got deleted from zabbix users table. I restored the database from the backup that I took the day before.
The problem is after restoring the backup, zabbix UI is extremely slow and I can see lots and lots of select clock,ns,value from history_uint queries taking 3-6 mins in zabbix server log.

I am using AWS RDS postgres
Zabbix version is 4.4.10

It was my mistake. I didn't stopped apache which caused this issue.
