Network discovery SNMP

Hi !
I monitor Mikrotik device by SNMP.
But I have a dynamic interfaces on the router.

The problem: Monday is IF-MIB::ifName.15731672 = STRING: "My WAN"
Thursday is IF-MIB::ifName.15731690 = STRING: "My WAN"

That break my graph and map.
It's possible to make discovery by name instead of {#SNMPINDEX} ?
