Filesystem Data is Being Gathered, but no Graphs are Displayed

Just starting with Zabbix to monitor some physical Linux hosts. In a lot of the hosts I've added, I can see collected data for the Filesystems, but no Filesystem Graphs appear in the Graphs section for that host.

What does appear is disk I/O for the physical devices, and that's great, but I'd like to see the Space Utilization for these hosts in a little pie chart, or something. As you can see from the attached image, I can see the data. I just would like it presented on the Graph page.

The hosts in question are running the zabbix-agent v5.2 on RHEL 7.x. All hosts are set to permissive for SeLinux.

Oddly, the older RHEL 6 hosts, running v4.x of the agent are showing the pie charts, but not the disk I/O. I'm assuming that the I/O is not supported with agent 4.x versions?

Is there a graph / graph prototype in the template you are applying onto your Linux hosts?

I'm using the same template for all hosts: Linux by Zabbix agent. If I follow the linked templates down I find that there's a Graph Prototype under a linked template: Linux filesystems by Zabbix agent.

While I've been puzzling this out another, related, oddity has occurred. I threw a Zabbix agent on a RHEL 6.x box (agent 4.x as I cannot install 5.x on RHEL 6). With the exact same template as all the other hosts, it's showing the pie charts for disk space, however, the disk I/O graph is now missing!

      So to sum up:

RHEL 7.x / Zabbix Agent 5.2 -- Collects the data for filesystem and disk I/O, only displays disk I/O. Using Linux by Zabbix agent template.
RHEL 6.x / Zabbix Agent 4.4 -- Collects the data for filesystem and disk I/O, only displays the filesystem pie charts. Using Linux by Zabbix agent template.

            Hi

I am experiencing similar. A few months back we upgraded the server to 5.0.4, whereby the clients were still on 3.x.
We were seeing FS usage graphs and pie charts.
But when the agents were upgraded to 5.0.4, the pie charts and FS usage graphs disappeared.
            Any idea why?

            regards

            Tariq

              Hi

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm getting the same/similar issue
