    Unable to connect to Windows Agent

    I have a new installation of Zabbix and are using the Zabbix appliance Verizon 2.4.1. When I add a server with an agent that's a windows server 2012 box it states Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer. I made sure the config on the windows server is set to the right IP and when I check the log file it gives me an error stating no active checks on server [10.1.1.26:10051]: host [Windows host] not found. The IP of the server is set correctly which is 10.1.1.26. The windows firewall is disabled and I have now disabled the firewall on the VM hosting Zabbix. Any help on this please?

    Set "DebugLevel=4" in zabbix agent config file and restart agent service.
    That way you'll have more information why communication does not work.
    Same debug level can be set up on server for more information.

    Don't forget to turn Debuglevel back to original one after everything is sorted out.
