After reboot zabbix page not working

enforcing mode?

Please check it.

If you selected enforcing mode, I recommend that you try to change the mode.
(permissive or disbled)

If you don't have limits by SELinux, I think that web server setting is wrong.

What OS you have been selected? CentOS 7?
What web server you have been selected? httpd package on CentOS 7?

To suit the environment in which it is used, please check logs(ex. access_log and error_log).

Yes I use CentOS 7 not 7.1.

Please recheck your setting.

Configuration file are changed Apache HTTP Server 2.2 to 2.4.
In particular, access restrictions of description format has been changed.
