we have zabbix server with 100K items and 90K Triggers, with seperate mysql Database
Zabbix internal shows all poller & items are okey.
in zabbix server log there are a lot of error like this
in zabbix graphs there are a lot gaps between graphs during 1deys
All Ping /Snmpwalk Requests work's perfect without timed out
there are no firewall or network problem on network
another monitoring system ( cacti ) not showing any gaps between graphs
if you clone a host and rename it with same configuration all gaps will be disappear
for examle we have Cisco_gw3 that got networks errors and gaps between graphs
i clone this and rename it to Cisco_gw3_test after a while interface graphs start drawing without any gaps
