Zabbix Add Url to Email Alert

    Hello Folks,
I am running on zabbix 5.0.2 version. I have a trigger created with action alert and its sending email as expected. However, I would like to add an URL link to the email alert so that clicking the link takes directly to issue graph.
The URL I am using is,

I have given the username and password in URL itself thinking it would bypass the need of separate login. However, it only works if zabbix is already logged in before clicking the link otherwise, it throwing this error.
No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!
Is there anyway to bypass external login?

Create a user and set Frontend Access to "Internal".

Thanks for your response. I tried adding a user-group's fronend access to "Internal" but getting same error message.

I am entering username and password in the url itself. Looks like its not taking it for authentication.
        "https://www.zabbix-server.com/zabbix/history.php?name=user&password=password&action=sho wgraph&itemids"

I understand. Is there any way to have the url link or graph added to the zabbix email alert without any external login required?
