    Zabbix agent is not available (passive check)

    Hello

    We have a server that can't communicate with the Zabbix server.

    The installation went well. The agent is running. the log do not mentionne any issue from the client side.
    In the Zabbix server side we have an error saying "Zabbix agent is not available"

    I'm stuck for how to get any information to step forward of this issue.

    Not sure if it's a rights issue ?
    Any help will be appreciate.

    Update : i can see on the server :
    Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[10.10.10.30]:10050]: [111] Connection refused
    I checked the communication from the server side

    I can't see the zabbix ports listenning or openned.
    I check firewall and it's not running.

      Problem solved i have clean up my server and reinstall the agent2 from zabbix.com
