Zabbix Server 5.0 unable to install on Red Hat 7 - repo's

Hi Community,

I'm struggling to get zabbix installed on RHEL 7

I've been following this guide: https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to...r-on-centos-7/


But I'm running into repo and dependency issues.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Did you enabled Red Hat Software Collections?

# yum-config-manager --enable rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms

What you're showing is not RHEL 7, it's OracleLinux 7.

That's a compatible respin of RHEL 7, but the repo names are not going to be the same as for RHEL.

In particular, I don't see any Oracle equivalent Software Collection repo in your list. The command that Atsushi gave you was based on your earlier statement that it was RHEL 7. It won't work for OL7. You'll need to find the Oracle name for the SCL repo for OL7 and add that.

I had the same problem with frontend installing zabbix 5.0 in RHEL7. After tons of troubleshoot this help to find solution and I create repository then install required rh-php72 packages:
