PGRES_FATAL_ERROR:ERROR: duplicate key value

Hello,
In my zabbix server in logs I see:

1724:20210221:132525.309 [Z3005] query failed: [0] PGRES_FATAL_ERROR:ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "alerts_pkey"
DETAIL: Key (alertid)=(4414644) already exists.

My infrastructure based on several proxies and one server hosts. Zabbix version is 5.2.4.
Does anyone known, what can couse this problem?

I'm getting same error when trying to point existing servers to a new Zabbix 6.0 server. Any answers to how to resolve?
