Hostname was changed on, how to solve?

Hi, I am using Zabbix Server 5.0.6 and Zabbix Agent 5.0.9 on the hosts.
I am with the following alerts in all my hosts:

• Host information was changed on...
• Hostname was changed on...

I already tried to restart the server and the host without success.



How can I solve this?
What am I doing wrong?

You just need to Acknoledge the message - just click on the Nao column and acknowledge - and close.
