About comma separated zabbix server names in Server configuration
Hi All,
I am new to Zabbix and having issues with configuring two zabbix servers pointing to a common PostgreSQL database running on one of the server.
I have servers A and B
A has the postgreSQL DB running which B is pointing to.
When I view thro Zabbix frontend everything shows up well.
On my agents boxes in their Server/ServerActive config parameter I have the following setup
Server=A,B
ServerActive=A,B
When I bring down server A, I was expecting to see Server B send metric collection requests to the agent, BUT it doesn't.
I DONT KNOW if there's any special settings to configure such behavior ?
Also we were thinking of configuring a VIP to make the servers redundant.
If a VIP/LoadBalancer is setup to have requests redirect for Server A/B will this work ?
