Create trigger for vpn

Hi, I have a problem with the alerts, as soon as the vpn goes down or has a problem, I receive lots of "high icmp response" or "unavailable by icmp ping" responses so I would like to know if it is possible how to create a trigger which as soon as all the hosts of a group which is found in "high icmp response" or in "unavailable by icmp ping", it indicates that it is the vpn which is in default, and he deletes the messages preceding "high icmp response" or "unavailable by icmp ping".

Sorry, but I don't understand what you're talking about, I'm just trying to find out how I can make sure that as soon as all the hosts in a group go to "High ICMP ping response time" or "Unavailable by ICMP ping", zabbix replaces them for example with a "VPN High ICMP ping response time" problem.
Also, I want to change the "High ICMP ping response time" trigger because it fires too quickly. If there is a 400ms peak for one second, zabbix will report the error directly but I want it to report the problem only after x seconds if the peak is still present.
