You have slow sql for select/insert data to db.
(some performance problem)
About the number explanation:
insert into history_uint (itemid,clock,ns,value) values (34647,1615476627,934497342,1),(69135,1615476627,9 54577473,0), ...
->
insert this value to this column: 34647 itemid, 1615476627 clock, 934497342 ns, 1 value ....

I do not handle databases much but I would like you to inform me which parameters I must configure in order to optimize the database and correct the slowness that you tell me when selecting and inserting data.

Hello.

The performace depends on more things.
You can start with check monitoring of your system.
What is your NVPS, number of hosts/items, CPU wait, disk I/O, ..
What kind of disk - HDD/SSD?
Do you have separate server for database?
What kind of database you have?
Is it default installation or do you config db parameters?
Etc.
