Trigger sends an alert at each change of value

Hi there,

I have an item that count the number of connected users via SSH. A trigger sends an alert if item > 0 (trigger state : PROBLEM) and a "resolved" message when the item falls back to 0 (trigger state : SOLVED).

I would like the trigger to send an additional notification if the value changes, for example from 1 to 2.

Is it possible ?
