zabbix windows agent

Hi to all,

I have a problem only with monitoring one windows 2008 server, on every 5-10 min the machine is unreachable / reachable, then I going to see CPU graph from this machine and i see that don't have record
I have reinstall zabbix agent on the host, and re add rules in firewall, but all of this is unsuccessfully

on the image you can see my problem

Thanks for your answer, in the moment I read zabbix perfmon, and I see zabbix-server logs, on every 10 sec are generated this log from problematic server

Zabbix agent item "net.if.in[Network Card]" on host "Windows Server2008" failed: another network error, wait for 15 second

Zabbix agent item "net.if.out[SUSE Network Driver for Windows #2-WFP LightWeight Filter-0000]" on host "Windows Server2008" failed: another network error, wait for 15 seconds

hello.I clone the OS,run in VMware.And it is OK!
I think .To apply for change, change it to other adapter ports.Verify the idea.
