mass update interfaces

Hi, i did a network discovery and in action all the hosts found i put them in a group. But all hosts are loaded with the zabbix agent interface while I want the snmp interface. Is there a way to massively change the interface of all hosts?

I think this is only possible through the API.
I have a similar issue where I want all the autoregistered hosts to use DNS name instead of IP for their Agent interface. So far I've only been able to do it with two API requests.

If anyone knows of a way to make this the default, I'd appreciate some help!
