We have been using Zabbix version 2.2 for quite a while. We build a complete new server with Zabbix version 2.4 and imported hosts, templates and maps.
I recreated all actions by hand.
So far the history.
One of my actions is to execute the command "ntpdate pool.ntp.org" when the time start drifting on one of our Linux agents. When I look at the events the command is executed. When I look at the zabbix_agentd.log the command is executed. Afterall the clock is never be restored. When I manually execute the command (copy & paste to avoid typo's) the clock is restored.
So what is going wrong here. On our old zabbix server the clock was restored.
