I 've been using templates to monitor my Windows boxes on 1.1.2.
Recently, I added an SNMP itemtomy temaplate to detect Dell array subsytem status. My Dell servers that have SNMP and Dell software installed correctly report back status properly.
I also had this happen with non-snmp related item earlier in the week.
However, my HP or improperly configured Dell servers rather than failing on that item as unsupported suddenly are unreachable and no longer monitored by Zabbix.
Anybody run into this issue? I need to be able to add items to a template that a particular server may not support but still monitor available items.
Any pointers would be greatly apppreciated.
