Infinite actions don't seem to be working?

I have this setup on another instance of Zabbix running 5.2.0 but on this instance with 4.0.27, the action doesn't seem to run more than once even though I have specified "infinitely".

Does anyone else have this problem? I also noticed the action log widget doesn't populate with any data on this instance.

After reading around a bit it looks like the problem was caused by my condition type. I was doing a text match using the name of the trigger rather than selecting the template item itself. Seems to be working now.
