Triggers and Maintenance Windows Not Updating

Our Zabbix installation is exhibiting an odd behavior - when one attempts to update any triggers or maintenance items, clicking on the Save button appears to do nothing.

If using Firefox, the browser goes to the next screen but never displays the updated trigger or maintenance item - in fact, it only displays the menu and then a blank screen beneath the normal menus. In Chrome, the new web page never displays - instead the Save button is shown as pressed and no other links on the page work until the page is reloaded. In either case, any changes made before clicking the Save button are not updated in Zabbix.

In Safari, I receive the following error upon pressing the Save button: 'Safari can't open the page: https:/[fqdn]/zabbix/triggers.php. The error is: "The operation couldn't be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)" (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:303)'. After checking with Apple, the error appears to be a "kCFErrorHTTPParseFailure" - which would dovetail with the behavior of the other two browsers...

Further, it does not matter for the triggers (our first concern) whether the edits are occurring in Configuration \ Hosts \ [Host] \ Triggers or Configuration \ Templates \ [Template] \ Triggers. The same behavior exhibits in either case.

It should be noted that the behavior also occurs across multiple clients connecting to the Zabbix server, running different operating system versions (generally Mac, but Windows as well). So, not likely to be on the client end.

The truly odd thing is, everything else appears to update correctly. If one goes into a host and updates an element or an item, those changes are saved correctly and the next Zabbix page is shown as expected. Graphs, screens, templates, etc....all appear to work. Just not triggers and maintenance items.

This is a Zabbix installation that has been working for months and months...and no recent updates (to my knowledge).

Please help! Any ideas are welcome...

Zabbix Version: 2.2.6 (also tried updating to 2.2.9 after seeing the issue)
MySQL: 5.1.73 (InnoDB, approximately 190GB - disk has plenty of room)
    PHP: 5.3.3
    Authentication: LDAP
    OS: Centos 6.5

No obvious errors in /var/log/audit/audit.log (selinux)
No obvious errors in /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log (Apache)
No obvious errors in /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log (Zabbix)

    Discovered the Answer...

Thank you to anyone who started reading this and thinking on the issue. We found the issue - the eAccelerator module. Changing to xcache and commenting out eAccelerator fixed the issue.
