Issues getting UserPreference data on Windows Core servers

I have UserPreference scripts running on a normal Desktop Windows 2016 server but the same config and scripts on a Server Core do not produce an output. All .bat files produce a blank output and powershell scripts produce a "W" character as output.

Anyone else seen this behaviour?

Sorry for not explaining. The scripts run perfectly fine in a command prompt running under the system account on the core servers.

The output is what zabbix is displaying from the same scripts.

Thanks for the suggestion but even a .bat file that says "echo HI" does not show any output. Seems like some bug maybe but not sure. Its Zabbix 4.0 non patched (not my environment unfortunately)
