send email on trigger

Hi
i manage to build ascnario that will check service state( for testing i toke the W32Time )
i have created APP/ITEM/Trigger and i can see it under "Latest data" when i stop and start the service
but i am not getting emails ??
i have configured the media (pic attached)
under the Action log i cannot see it
i followed some guides and i did all ok ( ithinkg so )

please advice

What do you see in Monitoring -> Problems -> Actions column?

i am now trying to add template to host group, i linked it to the host group but the clients are not getting it
maybe you know ?

There is no way to link a Template to a Host group, you can only link a Template to a host.

thanks, so all i need to do it to link the template to all hosts i have ?
i ahve 180 hosts how can i do it bulk ?

Go to Configuration -> Hosts, select needed hosts, then down at the bottom click Mass update, select Templates tab, check Link templates and search for a template to link to those selected hosts.
