HostMetadataItem using system.uname fails at times

Hi,
Recently we having a trouble in our environment where few hosts giving agent failure alerts for active checks. Have checked with the Agent logs and found that below error intermittently.

cannot get host metadata using "system.uname" item specified by "HostMetadataItem" configuration parameter

To get more verbose information have tired with increased the log-level to debug but not much info related to this this issue. Has anyone faced the same issue.?

Zabbix Server / Proxy - 5.0.10
Zabbix Agent (Tested with different versions) 4.4.4, 5.0.2, 5.2.2
