No auto registration with proxy

Hello guys,

I have a Zabbix server 5.2 and a proxy at my customer. I configured the proxy as active because the internet breaktout for monitoring has no static ip. The agent on the windows server is also configured as active and is communicating with the proxy server. But in the log there is always the warning, that there is no entry for the server.
Auto registration is configured exactly like my other system where it's working. But there I don't have a proxy.

Please help me.

It's resolved. I had a problem with the local mySQL database. Zabbix server always lost the connection. I had to tweak the settings.
