Trigger Action not working as expected

Hello,
I have a trigger action that has the operation to send an email when the conditions are met.

The conditions are set as follows:

Type of calculation: A and B and (C or D or E or F or G)
A - Problem is not suppressed
B - Trigger severity is greater than or equals High
C -Host group does not equal HOST GRP A
D - Host group does not equal HOST GRP B
E - Host group does not equal HOST GRP C
F - Host group does not equal HOST GRP D

My issue is a host in HOST GRP A is sending an email under this trigger action. I've checked the host and it is assigned to ONLY that one host group.

I'm running Zabbix 5.0.4

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply. I am new to zabbix admin role and this was left from the previous admin. Apparently it has not been working as they expected all along. I ended up having to use the "custom expression" option with the trigger actions to get what we needed.

Your current situation... C is false, all others are true... whole expression is true ("true and true and (true)").. email is sent.
