Zabbix Server Upgrade 4.4.10 to 5.2 error on Cent OS 7

Really do not know what else to try with this. I am trying to upgrade Zabbix on CentOS 7 to 5.2
Installed Repo for upgrade and tried running update and keep getting error No packages marked for update. i have done yum clean all and removed and re-added repo but same error. What am i missing? Funny thing is zabbix-agent update worked the first time i ran the command but server and web keeps returning with No packages marked for update

5.2 will not install on CentOS 7.as 7 does not meet needed requirements (versions of different components). you need CentOS 8 for 5.2 and above.
It has been a topic of many threads here...

Thank you for your response. I figured this way after i put up the post, i have successfully upgraded to 5.0.11 after upgrading MariaDB and PHP.Seems to be working for now. Will consider upgrading OS to 8 then upgrade Zabbix to 5.2.
