zabbix cannot bind to ldap server

Dear Community,

I am currently working on setting up LDAP Auth for our domain but doesn't work now, the network and port is accessiable too.


configurationas follows:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LDAP Host = ldaps://10.248.32.17(our AD)
Port = 389
BasDN = DC=mycompany,DC=com
searchAttribute = sAMAccountName
BindDN = CN=it.pi,CN=Users,DC=mycompany,DC=com
case sensitive login = unchecked
Bind Password = it.pi pwd
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zabbix Server Version = 5.0 LTX
OS = Debian 10


If someone know any problems about my config?
So far I didn't figure out where to check, I am glad for any help available. In case more info might help, please just let me know.
