Zabbix Server cannot connect to host

I have a problem,

Draytek Vigor 3900 is configured
- LAN1 - 172.10.17.1 / 24
- LAN2 - 172.10.18.1 / 23

Zabbix server v2.2.9 on CentOS 5.5
- IP: 172.10.17.150 /24
- Gateway: 172.10.17.1

Host - Windows 7
- IP: 172.10.19.21 /23
- Gateway 172.10.18.1

Host - Sever ping successful but Icon Z is red - "Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer" and

Log on host:
Listener error: connection from "172.10.18.1" rejected, allowed hosts: "172.10.17.150"

Please help or suggest solution, thanks very much!!!!!!

That it thought that the address has been converted by such as NAT.

When Zabbix server access to Windows 7,
perhaps Windows 7 is seems to have access from 172.10.18.1.

Please try add address to Server in zabbix_agentd.conf.

Server=172.10.17.150,172.10.18.1
