Calculated item_protoype does not appear in the Latest values of Host

Hello,

There are already discovery rule available in the template in zabbix 5 version.
I need some calculated value from the item_prototype of the Discovery rule.
I am able to create new item_prototype but neither the of the item_prototypes appear in the latest value list.

Can anyone help in this.
