Zabbix agent is not available

Zabbix Server v4.4.10
Zabbix agent 4.4.3 on Windows 2012 R2
Continually receive error from server even though agent is running: Problem name: Zabbix agent is not available (for 10m)
I upgraded agent to 4.4.10 and error continues.
Next maintenance window I plan to remove/re-add agent.
Any other ideas?
