zabbix triggers configuration page content cannot be altered

as what the title says, what could be the possible causes? thanks for your help!

Can you elaborate... ? Do yo mean that when you open a trigger config, it cannot be altered? Then it might be a templated trigger and you should modify it in template... there should be something like "Parent triggers" and link to template in that case......
