zabbix 5.4 trigger actions does not work

Hello ,

I recently deployed zabbix 5.4 in my environement and have a problem with trigger actions. the problem is when a problem occurs on host,it appears on dashboard but corresponding action does not fire to send messages by user media types. I check the conditions and operations and it seems correctly configured but nothing happens.

Using your original expression {xxx:log[/tmp/log,"error"].str(error)}=1, mark the "Multiple PROBLEM event generation" checkbox in the trigger properties.
