Blank Screen on Zabbix Server 5.4

Hi,

In Dev, I tried an upgrade of our existing server (5.2) and a fresh install to a new server using a copy of our database and I achieve the same results both times..
I get a nice blank white page and nothing else after I configure the Zabbix Server setup page.

apache2 error.log is throwing out hints but so far I can't make the much needed connection to what is wrong.

After much ado about this problem, I recreated the users table form scratch by copying it from a blank new version of same on a temporary database created from the setup scripts. This resolved the problem. I suspect the missing guest account was the key.
