    Does this help?

    Operation Select the operation:
Send message - send message to user
<remote command name> - execute a remote command. Commands are available for execution if previously defined in global scripts with Action operation selected as its scope.

In the document https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...g_an_operation, we can clearly see drop down menu in operation type.

Я столкнулся с аналогичной проблемой. Есть ли решение по ней?
Вкладка Operation не доступна для выбора Удаленная команда

You can only use "Send message" as an operation for Internal actions. You can use other operation types in Trigger actions, Discovery actions etc

That's why you set the remote command you want to execute as one of the global scripts. The location to set has changed. Then, in the action settings, select the one you set.

I was stuck with the same issue. Solved it by the below steps. Have to create a global script first with the scope of action operation. You will then be able to see the dropdown.

<remote command name> - execute a remote command. Commands are available for execution if previously defined in global scripts with Action operation selected as its scope.
More operations are available for discovery and autoregistration based events (see above).
