Hi
We are fancing an issue with maintenance mode (running Zabbix 5.0.13).
Every day servers are restarted around 8am, so we have defined a maintenance (with data collection) period between 7h50 and 8h10.
To be sure that the maintenance mode is enabled at the right time, we have defined a trigger with "information" level for the maintenance. We can see that all servers are correctly in maintenance mode during the desired time:

But, as you can see, the problem "has just been restarted" has been triggered but not as "suppressed". And, of course, actions related have been also triggered (despite "Pause operations for suppressed problems" is checked), and that's I'm trying to avoid!
I made the following test:
- clone maintenance (to be sure to have same params) and change period so maintenance will be enabled for whole day
- stop a service on the server
And in that case, problem is triggered as "suppressed" and no actions are triggered... as expected!
So I'm really confused here ...
Thanks for your help !
