zabbix upgrade - Cannot create the configuration file.

Hello together,

i still upgraded my Zabbix from 4.0 LTS to 5.0 LTS on Debian 10 Buster with Postgresql Database.
Everything went fine, the only problem i have it does at the end not create the configuration file, see below.
Some tips or hints for me?

brunodark thanks a lot, but this i tried of course, and it does not work, also the ' zabbix.conf.php ' in ' /etc/zabbix/web ' does not work!

So, finally i made it,

in this thread they are talking about the same.
I changed the postgresql password from user zabbix to something very simple,
and then i need to chown the ' zabbix.conf.php ' to ' www-data ' in ' /etc/zabbix ' and it ends the Setup process.
Everything works fine now.
