Filtering Windows services is not working in discovery

I have a few windows services I want to filter from discovery. I went to General --> Regular Expressions and added them in, but they are still appearing. Do I need to add them in with #1? If so why? What else am I missing? I tested the expressions and they are working on the test tab.

What version of Zabbix? Fresh install or upgraded? IIRC from v5 those templates do not use global regexes any more, but macros in templates....
