Zabbix Permission issue

Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [10.0.125.34]. Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permissions.

You could check your agent configuration and see if it matches your server parameters.
Agent "server" parameter must include your Server/Proxy IP/Hostname.
