Inbox e-mail messages monitoring

Hi,

I need to check inbox in a specific mailbox every minute. Find out what's in the message header and check the keywords in the body of the message. Can Zabbix monitor this case as well? Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect to the API or otherwise pass information from third-party secondary monitoring systems and service desks.
Did anyone solve something similar?

Is it your mailserver? Which one? In case of postfix/dovecot all of the emails are stored as regular files and you can just parse them as you want.

Unfortunately it is not, but it is possible to forward e-mails. The postfix idea is a good way. Thank you for your help.
