VM Guest CPU Usage in % showing... way high usage

I'm on esxi 6.7. I'm using just the built-in templates. I'll also say I'm very new to zabbix. However, looking at the following link: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ks/vmware_keys
    And this: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vS...E49AF479D.html

I've enabled the cpu history on the particular host example below. Actually, upon enabling that, I went from 300% to ~600%. All VM's are like this, not just this one. And these are in a lab, very low utilization. However, I'll pop into Windows and grab some performance monitor data in a bit (after I get the password).

I've followed this (I think at least) and my hosts are pretty consistently reporting some crazy numbers. Like 600% utilization+. Some of them, dude I'd believe it. But others, I know they are just sitting around, doing *nothing*.

    What I'm seeing:
MCS-DEMO-PASS01 VMware: CPU latency in percents 08/22/2021 03:02:36 PM 294 % Application: VMware Graph
MCS-DEMO-PASS01 VMware: CPU readiness latency in percents 08/22/2021 03:02:38 PM 103 % Application: VMware Graph
MCS-DEMO-PASS01 VMware: CPU ready 08/22/2021 03:02:39 PM 1248 ms Application: VMware Graph
MCS-DEMO-PASS01 VMware: CPU swap-in latence in percents 08/22/2021 03:02:40 PM 0 % Application: VMware Graph
MCS-DEMO-PASS01 VMware: CPU usage 08/22/2021 03:02:42 PM 880 MHz Application: VMware Graph
MCS-DEMO-PASS01 VMware: CPU usage in percents 08/22/2021 03:02:41 PM 597 % Application: VMware
    Hopefully this renders ok.

All of the other % metrics seem fine (metrics wise I mean!! I.E. that looks like some gnarly cpu latency, but I believe that could be a legit number), ram, disk usage, and the host metrics seem fine as well. It's just Guest VM that are wonky.

So, when I use zabbix agent on VM's, ofc, it's all good. More data, more accurate data, and of course more functionality. But some of the software I'm working with is *super super super ridiculously* picky over what I install on particular hosts. So... would be great if I could figure out why this isn't displaying the way I believe it should.
