zabbix web service

I installed zabbix-web-service (1:5.4.4-1+ubuntu20.04) but listen only on ipv6


netstat -anp | grep 10053
tcp6 0 0 :::10053 :::* LISTEN 27396/zabbix_web_se

I didn't edit the configuration file.

do you have any solution?
