Nodata trigger doesn't work - lack of data in Latest Data

Hello Zabbix Community,

I'm struggling with monitoring log file, namely I'm trying to monitor log file and get alert when there is no data within 30 min. That should be a nodata trigger, but it doesn't work. When I use nodata trigger, it alerts immediatly. I hope I found a reason, namely there is a blank field in "Latest Data". Item and trigger is configured correctly, because when I use this trigger .str(error)}=1 it alerts when appears error.
Do you know why this last value field is blank?
Or maybe you have some workaround of this issue

It works, I see in latest data values. I use mode "modify", but I wonder about efficency of this trigger, becasue this file is copied from Azure in every minute to this checked directory. Technically this log file in every minute is modified, but it is not always been extended, I mean not always are new entries.
What do you think about it?
