Full backup - templates ...

im on version 5
is there any simple solution to backup all templates, triggers ... if i lose server, restore without any problem?
also ive lose zabbix mysql password.

You could use zabbix cli to export your configuration:

It becomes also handy for tracking changes to the config, by diff'ing xml files.
