action configuration - cond 1 AND cond2 : Telegram message very late

Hi, I'm newby of Zabbix. I installed 5.4.

1) I config Telegram messages: tested and working.
2) I made hosts groups, with SNMP:

AllCiscoSwitch: all cisco switch on the network.
Cisco6500: only model 6500 (it is basically a subset of AllCiscoSwitch)

3) I associated the template "Cisco IOS SNMP" to this switches.

4) I change the name at the trigger "Unavailable by ICMP ping" to "Ping K.O." (template: ICMP Ping)

5) I am running this test (example):

I want to check with template "ICMP Ping" only the group "Cisco6500".

If I configure the action with only this condition:

trigger = ICMP Ping K.O.

all works fine (after about 3 minutes I have the Telegram message on my smartphone) but in this manner I'm testing all hosts on the Zabbix that have associated this trigger, right?


If I configure the action as I would like, with 2 condition:

Host Group = Cisco6500
AND
trigger = ICMP Ping K.O.

I initially thought it didn't work. In reality the message arrived but after a very long time (I was already in the car, I was returning home, disconsolate ).

Any suggestions?

I have a switch on my table, in hosts group Cisco6500 (not a 6500!!!). If I unplug the cable at 11:49 am, the Telegram message come on my phone at 12:08 (19 min!!!). When I re-plug the cable the message of problem solved come after only 1 minute. I will do other tests
