Zabbix reports high memory in windows and Memory/CPU every day on alot of my servers

Is there some kind of a bug in the default windows template for Zabbix that would cause me to get these errors for several of my servers multiple times a day ?

Warning ! High memory utilization ( >85% for 3m)
Crititcal memory utilization ( >90% for 30s)
Critical memory utilization ( >95% for 5min)
Warning ! High memory utilization ( >75% for 3m)

For the most part these servers are 99% idle 24x7 but occasionally might get tasked or have a database lookup.

For Linux servers I get :

Warning ! High memory utilization ( >75 for 3m)

Crititcal memory utilization ( >90% for 30s)
Warning ! High CPU utilization (over 75% for 3m)
Critical CPU utilization (over 90% for 30s)

It so frustrating to have hundreds of these repeating over and over again daily and sending me emails. It makes it hard to stop ACTUAL problems.

Zabbix default templates for Linux and Windows were used. Not sure if anything has been tweaked since.

If trigger condition in default template does not suit you, modify it.. Make it suit your environment.

I did that for the default template and it helped but I still have many licking memory and CPU errors so i will have to make further adjustments.

Looking for something seriously wrong to alert about instead of cluttering up the Zabbix problems list with white noise chatter all the time.
