When I configure the 'action' following the customer script type, that script will be called when the PROBLEM event has been triggered.
But when the item is come back to normal, that script will never be called.
I find there is the comments for the recovery message:
'Recovery message will be sent only to those who received any messages regarding the problem before.'
How can I fix this issue? Can I get the recovery message after event is come back to normal?
