All dashboards get timeControl is not defined error

After upgrade from 5.2.x to 5.4.3 all dashboards are broken in Raspberry Pi browsers. We have tried different networks, different browsers, clearing caches, changing language or locale settings, and still, all dashboards are just blank. Both Apache and Zabbix logs show nothing about this problem. In Windows browsers, everything looks good, even with the same user and in the same network behind the same firewall rules.

Hello, were you ever able to solve this problem? I am getting similar since upgrading to 5.4. Check that the system timezone matches zabbix apache conf file but problem persist. Information on this issue online is scant.
