connection to database 'zabbix' failed

I'm installing zabbix on Ubuntu server.

when I check the server log I get this error:

connection to database 'zabbix' failed: [1045] Access denied for user 'zabbix'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Did you set the database name, user name and password in zabbix_server.conf according to the created database?
